ABOUT

Transformative Organizational Consulting (TOC) specializes in training, coaching, and consulting services that enable organizers, nonprofits, public institutions, and corporations to effectively navigate the complexities of power-building, education, and outreach in the social justice movement to create thriving communities. We walk alongside you and your organizations through coaching, training, convening, and fiscal sponsorship.

TOC's VISION is to build a strong community of organizers, public servants, and everyday people dedicated to dismantling oppressive systems, while simultaneously building community resilience. This unique focus on social justice and community empowerment sets TOC apart from other consulting firms.

TOC's MISSION is to liberate, train, and resource organizers, public servants, and everyday people, so they can liberate their own communities and the communities they serve. We center organizers and those engaged in the work of oppression dismantling and resilience building in our training, coaching, and consulting by acknowledging the whole person and prioritizing their health, joy, and unique talent.

TOC’s EXPERIENCE is broad and encompasses working with public officials, executives, institutional guardians, and members of the press, as well as those members of the community whose power is throttled and importance overlooked, including racialized people, LGBTQ+ people, immigrants, women, refugees, rural communities, disabled people, poor people, unhoused people, children, and youth.

At TOC, our team is composed of experienced community organizers who are passionate about driving social change and empowering communities. Each member brings a unique set of skills and experiences to the table, ensuring that TOC provides comprehensive support to our clients.
